Roswell, GEORGIA -- The Pool Management Group played host to their annual Safety & Operations Symposium November 3rd – November 5th, 2015.  In attendance for the event were aquatic professionals from all 16 local partner companies in addition to The Pool Management Group’s Leadership Staff.  Internationally renowned aquatic safety expert, Dr. Tom Griffiths, and Communication Director, Rachel Griffiths of Aquatic Safety Research Group led symposium topics where they shared their research and findings of Lifeguard behavior and drowning investigations in 2015.

The meetings cover expansive topics ranging from Enhanced Lifeguarding Protocols to Technological Advances to help company operations.  “The Pool Management Group’s 2015 Safety & Operations Symposium was a very productive success,” says Jim Fraser, CEO and Co-President of the host company.  “With the shared knowledge, best practices, and support of Aquatic Safety Research Group, each one of our companies got better.”
Recognizing that providing safe, low risk swimming pool operations is complex, The Pool Management Group and its partner companies meet regularly to plan and improve operations for the 800 swimming pools they manage each summer.  The outcomes of the meetings are shared amongst all local partner companies and implemented in each respective city.

The result is unparalleled safety, support, and risk management.
