Jim Fraser
Founder & CEO
Jim co-founded SwimAtlanta Pool Management in 1983. After building effective operations and professionalism into SwimAtlanta Pool Management, Jim began replicating the business model in other locations, and subsequently co-founded The Pool Management Group. The Pool Management Group serves as the parent company and operational driver to our locations. Jim is responsible for strategic initiatives and managing The Pool Management Group. He has 40 years experience in swimming pool management, and experience in pool construction and renovation.

Chris Davis
Co-Founder
Chris co-founded SwimAtlanta and SwimAtlanta Pool Management with Jim Fraser, and The Pool Management Group with Jim and Jeff Gaeckle. Chris' daily focus remains with SwimAtlanta Aquatics, one of the largest swim team in the United States. Chris has been a United States National Team Coach to international competitions in Japan, China and Dubai.

Jeff Gaeckle
Co-Founder
Jeff co-founded The Pool Management Group and has been a significant contributor to the growth of The Pool Management Group and their locations. Jeff initially made his mark as a highly successful swimming coach in Charlotte, NC. He has coached U.S. Olympians and U.S. National Record Holders. He is a past member of the USA Swimming Board of Directors, and has expertise in all aspects of professional swimming pool operations, including major repairs and renovations.

Michael Brown
President
Michael leads The Pool Management Group team and supports the Partner Companies with strategic planning, business development, sales, marketing and operational efficiency. Michael’s background has helped growth efforts to all markets in addition to the creation of new Partner Companies since his joining the organization in 2012. Michael has a wide range of experience in many different industries that includes aquatics, sports & entertainment, healthcare and law. Michael is a former collegiate athlete and graduated from The University of the South in Sewanee, TN.

Kelly Robinette
CFO
Kelly is responsible for managing the Partner Companies’ financial health and business performance. She had 19 years experience with General Electric, GE Capital, Polo Ralph Lauren and other companies before joining The Pool Management Group in 2004. Her role with The Pool Management Group includes overseeing the Partner Companies’ business processes and strategic planning, financial performance management, development of financial and operational business plans, and risk management.

Luke Fiser
Leadership and Operations Director
Luke joined The Pool Management Group in 2017 and is responsible for supporting all local partners companies in business processes, financial performance, and operations. A native of both North Carolina and Florida, Luke's previous experience includes management in the construction industry where he oversaw operations and analytics for all projects nationwide at Altisource. Luke was also responsible for distribution and logistics for a Global shipping company in Tampa. Luke received his BS in Mathematics and Accounting from Western Kentucky University.

Allen Crumley

Kevin Bogle
Leadership and Operations Manager
Allen joined The Pool Management Group family in 1994 overseeing operations for Carolina Pool Management and was ultimately tapped as General Manager for one of the North Carolina partner locations. Allen was recruited to The Pool Management Group main office in 2001 as Director of Leadership and Operations. Allen’s extensive pool knowledge helped in the training and development of many Field Support staff and General Managers across the US. Currently Allen serves as operational support for company technology and websites along with consulting on repair and construction projects. Allen is instrumental in the creation and ongoing enhancement of our Online Training modules for our lifeguards, supervisors and pool technicians.
Kevin joined The Pool Management Group team in 2021 after extensive pool and managerial experience as a Regional Manager for a large residential pool company. A Texas native, Kevin started in aquatics as a lifeguard and pool manager during his high school years. He also supervised for a pool management company in Houston as well as ran a residential pool route when home from Texas A&M during the summers. Kevin has also worked under a Registered Public Land Survey group that serviced the Texas Hill Country before returning to his passion for aquatics.
Kevin is responsible for new company growth and the support of existing local partner companies under The Pool Management Group umbrella.

Dr. Tom Griffiths
Aquatic Safety Research Group, LLC
Dr. Griffiths serves as President of the Aquatic Safety Research Group, LLC and teaches Aquatic Risk Management programs internationally.
Dr. Griffiths was inducted into the International Swimming Hall of Fame and is the Paragon Safety Award winner for his water safety efforts. He was also was awarded the National Recreation and Park Association Distinguished Aquatic Service Award for a lifetime achievement and awarded a European Lifeguard Academy Friend of the Academy, for significant contributions to preventive lifeguarding. Dr. Griffiths has also been named to “Who’s Who in Aquatics – The Top 100”, and “Power 25- Top 25 most powerful aquatics professionals in the World”, by Aquatics International Magazine.
Dr. Griffiths has authored more than 300 papers that have been published in scientific, professional and popular journals. He is an external reviewer for the American Red Cross Swimming and Diving publications. His papers have appeared in the following publications: The N.Y. Times, Aquatics International, Parks and Recreation Magazine, Parent Magazine, Prevention, The International Journal of Sport Psychology, Perceptual and Motor Skills, The National Aquatic Journal, Splash Magazine, Underwater U.S.A., Sources, Pressure, Undercurrent, SCUBA Times Magazine and others.

Rachael Griffiths
Aquatic Safety Research Group, LLC
Rachel Griffiths, (BA University of Maryland, MA San Diego State University), joined the Aquatic Safety Research Group, LLC as the Communication Director and West Coast Representative spreading the water safety word of one of the world’s most influential water safety advocacy groups.
While on the Aquatic Safety Team, Rachel plans on focusing on the promotion of the National Note and Float Campaign, released by the Aquatic Safety Research Group in 2009 and hopes to oversee the installation of Clarion’s Water Safety Signage Programs at aquatic facilities on the West Coast. Rachel’s work experience includes Entertainment Tonight, National Geographic Channel, Walt Disney World and Universal Studios, as well as Summer Discovery on the UCLA campus.
